I grew up in Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, and this deeply influenced my  love for art and the pursuit of aesthetics in all its forms.

Curiosity about the strategies that transform products into dreams led me to work for 20 years as a manager for prestigious  Made in Italy brands.

I have successfully coordinated international teams to pursue global business development goals through branding and positioning strategies, license management, product portfolio extension, and omnichannel marketing plans.

During a sabbatical, I enriched myself both personally and professionally by lecturing in a Luxury Management Master program, volunteering in Namibia and Nepal, and mentoring startups through Bocconi’s B4i program.

I am now passionately dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs and private equity funds in launching or growing their businesses, promoting beauty and value creation, and developing inspired projects with meaningful visions.
